The Trust has two levels of membership:
Ordinary – £20 per annum – Complimentary Medical Alert card, annual patient conference, access to the Members Area of the website, pre-publication copy of Sleep Matters and the opportunity to assist in research projects.
Supported – £10 per annum – All the above benefits but a discounted fee for those facing financial hardship.
NB. Gift Aid – If you are a UK income tax payer, the Government supports charities by allowing us to reclaim the tax you paid on the income donated to the charity. This provides us with an extra 25 pence on every £1 you pay to us. Please register on the membership detail for below.
When you have completed the details below and made payment, this will automatically be sent through to our Membership Administrator, Annie. Once payment has been confirmed, Annie will be in touch via e-mail with a membership pack. Please note Annie works part-time so she may not respond immediately.
