20 August 2026: Tickets available for Out of Breath

The Sleep Apnoea Trust is pleased to support a special screening of Out of Breath, a documentary exploring the real-life impact of sleep apnea (apnoea) through the stories of four people whose health, relationships and daily lives have been profoundly affected by the condition. Hosted at Bristol’s Watershed on Tuesday 29th September 2026 at 6pm, the evening will open with an introduction from sleep specialist Dr David Garley, GP and sleep specialist at The Better Sleep Clinic, followed by the full screening and a live expert panel featuring voices from sleep medicine, patient groups, and Claire Allen, Managing Secretary from the Sleep Apnoea Trust. Topics will include recognising the signs of sleep apnea (apnoea), delayed diagnosis, treatment options, and the impact on families. The evening concludes with audience Q&A and post-show drinks. Tickets are only £6.50 and you can book here. If you can’t come to Bristol, you can register your interest for a future screening in your area.
